With all the amenities that San Diego has to offer, it’s difficult to compare to any other city. Geographically, San Diego is located close to beaches, deserts, mountains, and even shares a border with Mexico. People that live here have the luxury of enjoying all of the above and much more!
With its unique geographical location, visitors and residents of San Diego are luckier than most because San Diego is a city that boasts fun and exciting things to do for everybody, regardless of their individual preferences. Taking ATV's out riding in the desert is a fun way for San Diegans and visitors to spend their holiday weekends. Various mountain ranges are within a couple hours of San Diego, providing snowboarders and skiers an escape from the busy city to relax and enjoy the slopes. In addition, the numerous San Diego beaches offer a wide variety of coastal experiences to enjoy.
As a resident of over 20 years, I feel that some of the destinations of San Diego are so incredibly unique that they cannot be boxed into any one category.
